I was invited to teach a session at a great martial arts camp. The theme was on personal protection but it was focused on third party defense and escort techniques. Everyone did a great job and I observed people smiling and enjoying the training.
If you are carrying concealed and proving protection you should stand in a professional stance where you can use what’s called the “Arc of Observation/Vision.” Additionally, you should place your non-shooting hand over your shooting hand.
